This page explains what we keep when you write to us, why we keep it, and how to have it removed.
We only hold what you type into our inquiry and reservation forms, plus a little technical information that helps us spot spam. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or track you around the internet. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
When you send a message through the inquiry form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, the reason for your inquiry, and your message.
When you request a reservation, we receive your check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, the occasion, your name, your email address, your phone number, and any special requests you write.
Alongside either form, our system records the internet address (IP address) the message came from and the browser you used. This is only used to recognise automated spam.
To reply to you, and to confirm and arrange your stay. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing.
We email you only about your own reservation, through MailerSend, the service that delivers our mail. Each email carries your dates, the number of guests, the occasion, your reference and the private link to your reservation. None of them carries a price, a payment, your phone number or the requests you wrote.
You may receive one when: we receive your request; your stay is confirmed; your dates change; we are not able to take your dates (declined), or the new dates you asked for, so your original dates stand; your reservation is cancelled; a hold lapses because it was not confirmed in time; the address on your reservation is changed, when a short notice goes to the old address and the new link goes to the new one; you ask for a new link; and you ask us to email your link to you.
Owners who ask for them also receive an alert when a request arrives, when dates are moved, when an address is changed or when a guest cancels. It names the reservation and links to the owners' console, never to your reservation page.
When you ask for your link, we keep the address you typed and your internet address (IP address) for 30 days, so the form cannot be used to flood anyone's inbox. A record of each email we send is kept for 30 days as well.
Submissions are stored in a private database hosted by Supabase, emails are delivered by MailerSend, and this website is served by our hosting provider. None of these companies uses your information for their own purposes. No one else can read the database from the public internet.
We keep inquiry and reservation records for as long as they are useful to us for looking after guests and our own records. If you ask us to delete yours, we will.
The technical details — the internet address and browser — are erased automatically after 90 days, because after that they can no longer help us tell a real guest from a bot.

This site is meant for adults arranging a stay. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date below.
